Certain information must be processed and retained to comply with legal obligations, including accounting, taxation, consumer protection and other applicable requirements.

Legitimate Interests

We may process personal data where necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Different Shop may provide an AI-powered assistant through the Website using Botpress technology.

8. Newsletter and Email Marketing

We use MailPoet and the MailPoet Sending Service to manage subscriptions and send newsletters about our projects, products and company news.

We process your email address, any name you provide, subscription preferences and records necessary to document your consent and manage email delivery. Newsletter subscriptions are based on your consent and confirmed through a confirmation email.

MailPoet processes the information necessary to deliver newsletters on our behalf. Further information is available at:

We retain your subscription information while you remain subscribed, subject to periodic reviews of whether it is still needed. Individual sending-status records showing whether an email was queued, sent or failed are automatically deleted three months after sending is completed.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our newsletters or by contacting info@plexireklame.hr. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited records where necessary to respect your opt-out, demonstrate compliance or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. These records are not used to send you newsletters.

Unsubscribing does not stop communications necessary to respond to your enquiry or manage a purchase.
